Waitlist Information

 Our Toddler Program is currently full, and we are now accepting families for the waitlist. When classroom enrollment reaches capacity, families may request to be placed on the waiting list until a space becomes available for their child.

To be added to the waitlist, families must complete the Admissions Steps and submit the nonrefundable application fee. This ensures their child is placed in line for the next available opening in the requested classroom. The steps below outline our Waitlist Procedure.

Prospective families must fill out New Student Enrollment Request Form providing basic details about the child and family. This can be found under "Enrollment Forms" on our website.

Families are required to attend a school tour to familiarize themselves with the Montessori environment and philosophy.

Upon completion of the tour, families must submit a formal application for their child. This application will be provided by WMS via email.

A one-time non-refundable application fee must accompany the application form to be considered for placement on the waitlist.

After reviewing the application, families will be invited for a 1:1 family interview to discuss their child's needs, the school's expectations, and to ensure alignment with the Montessori approach.

Upon successful completion of the above steps, families will be placed on the waitlist.

To maintain their position on the waitlist, families are required to provide any necessary updates regarding contact information, changes in the child's development, or family circumstances during the next application season(s).

Families will be notified of their acceptance via email and will be required to confirm their acceptance of the offered position by the given deadline. After acceptance, families need only inform the school of any changes in circumstances from their previous enrollment documents.
